Hey guys... I am going to be gone for a while.... like really really long... Tonight I was hanging out with my friends and they bought some weed (I dont smoke and never have) and some police pulled them over and started searching me because I was with them... and since I just turned 16... I got arrested... well listen my mom just went down to the precinct, but she is really pissed.... IDK how long its going to be.. But I hate my friends now, they didnt get ****, because they are 15. Tobacco is worse for you than pot. I'm almost 18 though and my advice is to not do ANYTHING like illegal drugs whether you think it should be legal or not. You can and most likely will get caught eventually and you can get in deep **** for it. I'm glad to say I've never been busted for anything, but my brother did and he's still on probation and he's a minor still. So just don't do it, then you can't get caught. Also, pick your friends wisely.

Im sure they can just give you a drug test to prove your innosence, but they will probably still go for possesion. I can only wish you Gonzo. Its a sad day when the justice system fails.

I don't know why they're charging you, you could probably argue the whole thing. Is there going to be a hearing, or did it happen already?

Umm yeah my court date is Oct 21st, I am pleading not guilty. Just took a drug test today. You know, I take it back, I'll probably have plenty of time for UD now.  I am grounded till 2010... So... yay |
